Reservation Policy Changes Effective August 1, 2019

  • Non-residents may no longer reserve rooms, unless they represent a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization (previously booked reservations through Dec 31, 2019 remain in place)

  • Room use is still free, but deposits may be required in some instances 

  • Looking to reserve the Town Square outside plaza area? Please apply for a Special Events Permit through our Development Services Department

For group sizes of:

   1-30 people - Reservations must be made 72 hours in advance. 

   30+ people -  Reservations must be made 35 days in advance.
